1. Installation location

　　● This product cannot be installed in bedrooms, basements, living rooms, stairs, safety exits, and cabinets.

　　● The installation site of this product should be made of non-combustible materials. If the installation site is made of combustible or non-combustible materials, heat shields should be used for heat insulation. The distance between the heat shields and the wall should be greater than 10mm.

　　● The product should be installed vertically and not inclined.

　　● The wall where the boiler is installed must have sufficient strength to carry the boiler.

　　● When installing, leave a distance of 300mm on each side of the boiler for easy maintenance.

　　● Do not store flammable, explosive or corrosive gas at the installation place of the wall-hung boiler;

　　● There must be no exposed wires, electrical equipment, gas pipes above the installation position of the wall-hung boiler, and no gas ovens, gas stoves and other gas appliances below.

　　 2. Body installation

　　 After selecting the installation location, draw the holes on the wall, put on the expansion bolts, hang the body and fix it firmly.

　　 3. Gas system installation

　　● The piping system must ensure that the supplied gas pressure meets the nameplate requirements.

　　● The gas pipeline connection of the wall-hung boiler must be done by professionals.

　　● After connecting the indoor gas pipeline and connecting the gas pipeline to the gas meter and the wall-hung boiler, the installer must check the gas pipeline system tightness.

　　● When connecting the gas pipe to the wall-hung boiler, install a gas valve close to the wall-hung boiler.

　　● The maximum flow of the gas meter should be sufficient to meet the flow requirements of the wall-hung boiler, and the gas pipeline should be sufficient.

  caveat

　　 Before connecting the gas pipe to the boiler, please check:

　　- Whether the type of gas used is consistent with the gas type marked on the wall-hung boiler, it is forbidden to use gas other than those specified for the wall-hung boiler.

　　- Whether the gas pressure matches the gas pressure marked on the boiler.

　　- Whether the gas piping system is clean.

　　 4. Waterway system installation

　　● Connect the heating system and hot water system pipes to the wall-hung boiler according to the positions of the inlet and outlet pipes.

　　● Precautions for waterway system installation

　　- The safety valve shall be drained into the sewer, and no valve shall be installed on the connecting pipe.

　　- A filter must be installed in the return pipe of the heating system.

　　- The local water quality is very hard or corrosive. It is necessary to filter and reserve a softened water connection in the heating system pipeline.

　　- After the system is installed, water should be filled to test the pressure to ensure that there is no dripping, leaking, or running water.

　　 5. Air supply and exhaust system

　　● The exhaust pipe must be sealed. The material used for the exhaust pipe should be able to resist general mechanical deformation, and should be heat-resistant, flame-retardant and anti-condensation. In any external condition

　　The temperature of the flue gas at any part of the exhaust pipe must be higher than the dew point temperature.

　　● Necessary sealing measures must be taken for the connection port of the smoke exhaust pipe, and the material of any sealing connection should be heat-resistant and rust-proof.

　　● The exhaust pipe must be installed in a visible and easy-to-install position to prevent smoke leakage caused by thermal expansion of the exhaust pipe.

　　● The outlet of the smoke exhaust pipe at the outdoor end is inclined downward by 5 degrees to prevent rain, snow and condensate from being poured into the boiler.

　　● No more than 3 internal angles greater than 90 degrees (including the joints of the exhaust pipe and the exhaust outlet of the wall-hung boiler).

　　● The maximum allowable length of the exhaust pipe is 4 meters. Each additional 90-degree elbow is equivalent to an increase in the length of the exhaust pipe by 0.8-1 meters.

　　● The height of all installed smoke pipes shall not be lower than the smoke outlet of the wall-hung boiler.

　　 Six, electrical installation

　　● The electrical of the wall-hung boiler should be connected to the 220V～50Hz power grid, and there must be reliable safety grounding measures.

　　● Gas pipes or water pipes cannot be used as the grounding of electrical equipment.

　　● The electrical system should meet the maximum input power of the wall-hung boiler, and the part of the load power of the wire must be compatible with the input power of the wall-hung boiler.
