Daily precautions and maintenance methods for wall-hung boilers!

Relying on the natural advantages of safety, health, energy saving, and environmental protection, gas wall-hung boilers have gradually replaced traditional coal-fired heating and have become the preferred heating for more families. So, do you know the preparatory work and precautions for gas wall-hung boilers before heating? In this regard, Baidian wall-hung boiler product experts provided the preparatory work that needs to be done in the initial heating period to provide reference for the heating season.


  ①When cleaning the machine, use cotton or soft cloth. Brushes and hard objects should not be used to avoid damage to the panel.


  ②Always keep the power on and make the antifreeze protection function in standby mode.


  ③Whether the system pressure is normal, such as frequent water replenishment, check if the water replenishment valve is closed or check if there is any leakage in the heating system. Check the pressure gauge to ensure that the system water pressure is 1.0-1.5bar (between 1.0-1.5 kg).


  ④ The overflow pipe must be connected to the drain.


  ⑤Drain the system water when it is not in use for a long time in winter. It is strictly forbidden to turn off the gas and power off in winter while the system does not discharge water.


  ⑥ Check whether the circulating pump rotates freely when starting up again.


  ⑦ Always check the operating conditions of the machine. If there is any problem, you should contact the after-sales service in time. Do not start the inspection by yourself to avoid accidents.


  Maintenance of wall-hung boiler


  The machine works under high temperature all year round, and it is easy to produce dust and carbon deposits in the furnace cavity, so maintenance and maintenance are very critical.


   1. System maintenance content


  The work during the warranty period includes all routine inspections, adjustments and lubrication. During the warranty period, the system shall be inspected every three months and re-adjusted every six months. The specific work is as follows:


   Periodic inspection: (once every three months)


  1. Air circulation system detection (filter, sewage, dust removal, motor, fan blade, etc.)


  2. Heating cycle system detection (system pressure, outlet water temperature, valve interface, etc.)


  3. Electronic control system inspection (voltage, current, line port, power supply, etc. inspection)


   4. Temperature control system detection (outlet water temperature)


  5. Water circulation system inspection (circulation line, circulation pump, etc.)


   2. Inspection and maintenance of waterway system


  ①Whether the waterway valve is damaged, such as not closed tightly or cannot be opened.


  ② Whether there is any leakage in the waterway.


  ③Check whether there is too much carbon deposit on the ignition needle.


  ④ Check the burner for carbon deposits and for damage caused by tempering.


  ⑤ Check the dust and carbon deposits of the main heat exchanger.


  ⑥Whether the smoke pipe is loose or shifted.
